Tomorrowland 2025 ticket package includes: 2 (two) economy class airfare, 1 (one) double/twin hotel room, 2 (two) Tomorrowland Weekend Pass tickets (event dates July 25 - 27, 2025).
Grand prize winner are required to create and post social media content (pre, during and post event) as specified by JBL, and tag to IG/TikTok @JBLIndonesia.

All orders ship within the next 1-3 working days after payment confirmation for local (Indonesia) delivery. If you have placed the order over the weekend, the package may not ship until the following Monday of the coming week. No International Deliveries available.
Do note that Sundays, Saturdays, and Public Holidays are non-working days.

You request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. If you prefer a refund or exchange, please note the following guidelines:
Refunds are only processed if the item is out of stock.
Exchanges are possible for items of equal or higher value, with the additional cost covered by the customer.
In the case of a damaged product, we will guide you to our service centre for further assistance.
To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery. The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery. It should be in its original condition, unused, with tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing the return.
For issues related to delivery errors, we will endeavour to resend the product according to the previous return record.
