THE MAKERS OF TOMORROW’S SOUND

For the second year running, JBL has teamed up with Martin Garrix to help nurture the next generation of musical talent from across the globe as part of the JBL & Martin Garrix Music Academy.

JBL will be curating performances on the House of Fortune Stage giving the alumni a once in a lifetime experience of performing at Tomorrowland.

Eight artists from the 2023 cohort will take the stage at Tomorrowland. This year, we’re introducing these artists at the House of Fortune stage.

JBL Tomorrowland Promo

Promo JBL x Tomorrowland 2024 berlaku mulai tanggal 1 May - 2 Juni 2024.
Promo JBL x Tomorrowland 2024 terbuka untuk semua Pembeli produk kategori Headphone JBL senilai minimum Rp 2.000.000 dalam 1x transaksi atau 1 invoice yang sama.
Products that are included in this promo are JBL Headphone category products including TWS (True Wireless Stereo) products and exclude JBL Headphone products that are included in the Clearance Sale category. Product types may vary depending on each store's inventory.

The type of prize obtained by each Buyer is a direct prize through the Spin The Wheel game on the promo microsite page provided.

1. Shipping:

All orders ship within the next 1-3 working days after payment confirmation for local (Indonesia) delivery. If you have placed the order over the weekend, the package may not ship until the following Monday of the coming week. No International Deliveries available.

Do note that Sundays, Saturdays, and Public Holidays are non-working days.

2. Returns / Exchanges:

2.1 How do I return or exchange my order?

You request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. If you prefer a refund or exchange, please note the following guidelines:

Refunds are only processed if the item is out of stock.
Exchanges are possible for items of equal or higher value, with the additional cost covered by the customer.
In the case of a damaged product, we will guide you to our service centre for further assistance.

To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery. The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery. It should be in its original condition, unused, with tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing the return.

For issues related to delivery errors, we will endeavour to resend the product according to the previous return record.
