Lag isn't a feature, so we've designed it out of the JBL Quantum TWS Air earbuds. The included USB-C dongle creates a low-latency 2.4GHz wireless link for the most competitive gaming sessions, keeping audio in lockstep with the action on screen. Bluetooth handles everything else, from smartphones and tablets to the Nintendo Switch™ and any other Bluetooth-enabled device.

Call the plays clearly with 4 beamforming mics

Your call-outs land clean. Four beamforming microphones, 2 on each side, focus on your voice and filter out the noise of the room, so your team hears the play instead of the background. Calling a flank, picking up a call, or chatting between rounds, your voice carries clearly every time.

Shipping

All orders ship within the next 1-3 working days after payment confirmation for local (Indonesia) delivery. If you have placed the order over the weekend, the package may not ship until the following Monday of the coming week. No international deliveries available.

Do note that Sundays, Saturdays, and Public Holidays are non-working days.

Returns / Exchanges

How do I return or exchange my order?

You request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. If you prefer a refund or exchange, please note the following guidelines:

  • Refunds are only processed if the item is out of stock.
  • Exchanges are possible for items of equal or higher value, with the additional cost covered by the customer.
  • In the case of a damaged product, we will guide you to our service centre for further assistance.
