Purpose and Duration of Lease
You will receive the Bar 1300 on a lease for a period of 2 weeks (14 days) from the date of collection/delivery.
Condition of Product
The Bar 1300 is leased in good working condition. Customers are responsible for the proper care and handling of the product during the lease period. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.
Usage Restriction
The soundbar must be used only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Customers are responsible for maintaining the product in its original condition.
Liability for Installation
We will not be liable for any damage to the product or your property during the installation or setup process. Customers are responsible for ensuring a safe installation environment.
Follow-Up Communication
You agree to be contacted by phone, email, or SMS regarding the collection of the Bar 1300 at the end of the lease period.
Failure to Return
Failure to return the product within the specified period without prior notice will result in additional charges or legal action.
Program Modification
JBL Indonesia reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time without prior notice
Privacy Policy
Your personal information will be used solely for the purpose of contacting you regarding the leased product and will not be shared with third parties in line with our Privacy Policy.

All orders ship within the next 1-3 working days after payment confirmation for local (Indonesia) delivery. If you have placed the order over the weekend, the package may not ship until the following Monday of the coming week. No International Deliveries available.
Do note that Sundays, Saturdays, and Public Holidays are non-working days.
2. Returns / Exchanges:
2.1 How do I return or exchange my order?
You request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. If you prefer a refund or exchange, please note the following guidelines:
Refunds are only processed if the item is out of stock.
Exchanges are possible for items of equal or higher value, with the additional cost covered by the customer.
In the case of a damaged product, we will guide you to our service centre for further assistance.
To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery. The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery. It should be in its original condition, unused, with tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing the return.
For issues related to delivery errors, we will endeavour to resend the product according to the previous return record.
