JBL Festival 2024 berhasil menyajikan pertunjukan musik yang tak terlupakan bagi para penonton di Istora Senayan selama 2 hari dari tanggal 26-27 Oktober 2024. Dengan line-up musisi yang beragam dan penampilan yang memukau dari Tulus, Kahitna, Lyodra, Gigi & Eclat di hari pertama serta penampilan dari Maliq and D’essentials, Vierratale, D’masiv, Mahalini dan Project Pop yang menghibur di hari kedua. JBL Festival 2024 sukses menciptakan suasana yang meriah dan penuh energi. Banyak aktifitas yang dapat dilakukan di JBL Festival 2024, seperti Face Painting, Photobooth, menikmati berbagai macam kuliner, car audio competition dan banyak game menarik yang di hadirkan untuk mendapatkan gratis merchandise JBL. JBL Festival 2024 tidak hanya sebagai acara musik, tetapi juga pengalaman yang menyenangkan bagi semua pengunjung yang hadir.

Shipping and Refund

1. Shipping:

All orders ship within the next 1-3 working days after payment confirmation for local (Indonesia) delivery. If you have placed the order over the weekend, the package may not ship until the following Monday of the coming week. No International Deliveries available.

Do note that Sundays, Saturdays, and Public Holidays are non-working days.

2. Returns / Exchanges:

2.1 How do I return or exchange my order?

You request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. If you prefer a refund or exchange, please note the following guidelines:
  • Refunds are only processed if the item is out of stock.
  • Exchanges are possible for items of equal or higher value, with the additional cost covered by the customer.
  • In the case of a damaged product, we will guide you to our service centre for further assistance.
To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery. The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery. It should be in its original condition, unused, with tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing the return.
