Deep and Extreme Indonesia 2024 or DXI 2024 is known as the largest annual extreme sports exhibition in Asia. This year, DXI comes with the theme "Edge of Tomorrow: Dive Into the Depth of Extreme Sports" which will take place at JCC Senayan on May 30 - June 2, 2024.
Deep and Extreme Indonesia (DXI) is one of the largest exhibitions that contributes to the development of markets and industries in the marine tourism sector. Along with the growth of the industry, DXI continues to expand to not only promote diving and water sports activities, but also extreme and adventure sports. Visitors can access various information about destination products related to extreme tourism activities and get more experience from interesting programs presented in DXI 2024 such as scuba experience, fun with adventure motorcycle riding, surfskate park, mermaid show, and many other interesting programs. At this event, JBL was present to introduce several JBL speakers that have waterproof certification. Visitors could see and experience the sound of JBL speakers (JBL Boombox 2, JBL Flip 6, JBL Pulse 5, JBL Go 3 & JBL Xtreme).

Shipping and Refund

1. Shipping:

All orders ship within the next 1-3 working days after payment confirmation for local (Indonesia) delivery. If you have placed the order over the weekend, the package may not ship until the following Monday of the coming week. No International Deliveries available.

Do note that Sundays, Saturdays, and Public Holidays are non-working days.

2. Returns / Exchanges:

2.1 How do I return or exchange my order?

You request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. If you prefer a refund or exchange, please note the following guidelines:
  • Refunds are only processed if the item is out of stock.
  • Exchanges are possible for items of equal or higher value, with the additional cost covered by the customer.
  • In the case of a damaged product, we will guide you to our service centre for further assistance.
To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery. The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery. It should be in its original condition, unused, with tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing the return.
