FUNTASTIC GAMING with GSSHOP & JBL Quantum at Gandaria City

GSSHOP organized an annual event called FUNTASTIC GAMING to provide gaming experience to the general public and gaming community. The Gaming Exhibition was held for one week from May 20-26, 2024 at Gandaria City Mall, South Jakarta. Visitors could not only watch the tournament, but also participate in various exciting activities. There were many booths offering the latest gaming experiences and the chance to win exciting prizes. JBL Quantum opened a booth for those who wanted to try JBL Quantum products. Every visitor who visited the booth would get a stamp, and by collecting all the stamps, they had a chance to win prizes that were drawn every day during the event.

Shipping and Refund

1. Shipping:

All orders ship within the next 1-3 working days after payment confirmation for local (Indonesia) delivery. If you have placed the order over the weekend, the package may not ship until the following Monday of the coming week. No International Deliveries available.

Do note that Sundays, Saturdays, and Public Holidays are non-working days.

2. Returns / Exchanges:

2.1 How do I return or exchange my order?

You request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. If you prefer a refund or exchange, please note the following guidelines:
  • Refunds are only processed if the item is out of stock.
  • Exchanges are possible for items of equal or higher value, with the additional cost covered by the customer.
  • In the case of a damaged product, we will guide you to our service centre for further assistance.
To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery. The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery. It should be in its original condition, unused, with tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing the return.

For issues related to delivery errors, we will endeavour to resend the product according to the previous return record.
