JBL will handle the delivery, installation of the product at the participant's home, provide guidance on how to use the product, and collect the product after the Home Trial period ends.

Participants will not be charged any fees.
Participants must use and maintain the JBL Home Trial product properly and responsibly.
Negligent use resulting in partial or complete damage to the product will be the responsibility of the participant.
All orders ship within the next 1-3 working days after payment confirmation for local (Indonesia) delivery. If you have placed the order over the weekend, the package may not ship until the following Monday of the coming week. No International Deliveries available.
Do note that Sundays, Saturdays, and Public Holidays are non-working days.
2. Returns / Exchanges:
2.1 How do I return or exchange my order?
You request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. If you prefer a refund or exchange, please note the following guidelines:
Refunds are only processed if the item is out of stock.
Exchanges are possible for items of equal or higher value, with the additional cost covered by the customer.
In the case of a damaged product, we will guide you to our service centre for further assistance.
To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery. The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery. It should be in its original condition, unused, with tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing the return.
For issues related to delivery errors, we will endeavour to resend the product according to the previous return record.
