Deep and Extreme Indonesia 2024 atau DXI 2024 dikenal sebagai pameran olahraga ekstrem tahunan terbesar di Asia. Tahun ini, DXI hadir dengan mengusung tema “Edge of Tomorrow: Dive Into the Depth of Extreme Sports yang berlangsung di JCC Senayan pada tanggal 30 May – 2 Juni 2024.
Deep and Extreme Indonesia (DXI) merupakan salah satu pameran terbesar yang turut berperan dalam pengembangan pasar dan industri di sektor wisata bahari. Seiring dengan pertumbuhan industri, DXI terus berkembang tidak hanya mempromosikan aktivitas menyelam dan olahraga air, tetapi juga olahraga ekstrem dan petualangan. Pengunjung bisa mengakses berbagai informasi mengenai produk destinasi yang berkaitan dengan aktivitas-aktivitas wisata ekstrem serta mendapatkan pengalaman lebih dari program-program menarik yang dihadirkan di dalam DXI 2024 seperti scuba experience, keseruan dengan riding motor adventure, surfskate park, mermaid show, dan masih banyak program menarik lainnya. Pada event ini, JBL hadir dengan memperkenalkan beberapa speaker JBL yang memiliki sertifikasi tahan air. Pengunjung dapat melihat dan merasakan langsung suara dari JBL speakers (JBL Boombox 2, JBL Flip 6, JBL Pulse 5, JBL Go 3 & JBL Xtreme)

Shipping and Refund

1. Shipping:

All orders ship within the next 1-3 working days after payment confirmation for local (Indonesia) delivery. If you have placed the order over the weekend, the package may not ship until the following Monday of the coming week. No International Deliveries available.

Do note that Sundays, Saturdays, and Public Holidays are non-working days.

2. Returns / Exchanges:

2.1 How do I return or exchange my order?

You request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. If you prefer a refund or exchange, please note the following guidelines:
  • Refunds are only processed if the item is out of stock.
  • Exchanges are possible for items of equal or higher value, with the additional cost covered by the customer.
  • In the case of a damaged product, we will guide you to our service centre for further assistance.
To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery. The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery. It should be in its original condition, unused, with tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing the return.

For issues related to delivery errors, we will endeavour to resend the product according to the previous return record.
