Together Bersama di Synchronize Fest 2024! Rayakan keberagaman musik Indonesia bersama JBL

Synchronize Fest telah menjadi festival musik multi-genre tahunan yang memikat puluhan ribu penikmat musik dari seluruh penjuru Indonesia.

Acara selama tiga hari dan tiga malam ini menampilkan lebih dari 100 pertunjukan dari beragam artis terbaik Tanah Air, mencakup dekade mulai dari ’60-an hingga 2000-an. Hadir dengan tema  ‘Together Bersama” menjadi jembatan bagi keragaman agama dan kesatuan Synchronize Fest yang terus berlanjut. Event ini akan berlangsung selama 3 hari dari tanggal 4,5&6 Oktober 2024 di Jiexpo Kemayoran. JBL sebagai brand speakers terbaik ikut meramaikan event Synchronize 2024. Shipping and Refund

1. Shipping:

All orders ship within the next 1-3 working days after payment confirmation for local (Indonesia) delivery. If you have placed the order over the weekend, the package may not ship until the following Monday of the coming week. No International Deliveries available.

Do note that Sundays, Saturdays, and Public Holidays are non-working days.

2. Returns / Exchanges:

2.1 How do I return or exchange my order?

You request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. If you prefer a refund or exchange, please note the following guidelines:
  • Refunds are only processed if the item is out of stock.
  • Exchanges are possible for items of equal or higher value, with the additional cost covered by the customer.
  • In the case of a damaged product, we will guide you to our service centre for further assistance.
To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery. The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery. It should be in its original condition, unused, with tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing the return.

For issues related to delivery errors, we will endeavour to resend the product according to the previous return record.

3. Warranty:

We offer a 1-year Limited Warranty for Manufacturer’s Defects. See details. If you believe you have received a defective product upon arrival, please contact us immediately for further instructions.
