1. Pengiriman:
Semua pesanan akan dikirim dalam 1–3 hari kerja setelah konfirmasi pembayaran untuk pengiriman lokal (Indonesia). Jika Anda melakukan pemesanan pada akhir pekan, paket kemungkinan baru akan dikirim pada hari Senin di minggu berikutnya. Pengiriman internasional tidak tersedia.
Harap dicatat bahwa hari Minggu, Sabtu, dan Hari Libur Nasional bukan hari kerja.
2. Pengembalian / Penukaran:
2.1 Bagaimana cara mengembalikan atau menukar pesanan saya?
Anda dapat mengajukan permintaan retur dalam waktu 30 hari sejak menerima barang Anda. Jika Anda memilih refund atau penukaran, mohon perhatikan ketentuan berikut:
- Refund hanya diproses apabila barang tersebut sedang tidak tersedia (out of stock).
- Penukaran dapat dilakukan untuk barang dengan nilai sama atau lebih tinggi, dan selisih biaya ditanggung oleh pelanggan.
- Jika produk diterima dalam kondisi rusak, kami akan mengarahkan Anda ke pusat layanan kami untuk bantuan lebih lanjut.
Untuk memulai proses retur, hubungi kami dalam 7 hari setelah barang diterima. Barang harus dikembalikan dalam waktu 14 hari sejak tanggal penerimaan. Barang harus dalam kondisi asli, tidak digunakan, dengan label serta kemasan lengkap. Bukti pembelian wajib dilampirkan untuk proses retur.
Untuk masalah terkait kesalahan pengiriman, kami akan berusaha mengirim ulang produk sesuai dengan catatan retur sebelumnya.
Jika Anda memiliki pertanyaan atau membutuhkan informasi tambahan mengenai retur atau penukaran, silakan hubungi tim layanan pelanggan kami.
2.2 Dapatkah saya mengembalikan JBL Wave Beam 2 jika saya membelinya dari toko retail?
Jika Anda membeli produk melalui dealer resmi, mohon ikuti kebijakan retur yang ditetapkan oleh dealer tersebut.

Kami menyediakan Garansi Terbatas 1 Tahun untuk Cacat Pabrik. Jika Anda merasa menerima produk yang cacat saat tiba, segera hubungi kami untuk instruksi lebih lanjut.
