GSSHOP menyelenggarakan event tahunan bernama FUNTASTIC GAMING untuk memberikan pengalaman gaming kepada masyarakat umum dan komunitas game. Pameran Gaming ini telah berlangsung selama satu pekan dari tanggal 20-26 Mei 2024 yang bertempat di Mall Gandaria City, Jakarta Selatan. Para pengunjung tidak hanya bisa menyaksikan turnamen, tetapi juga berpartisipasi dalam berbagai aktivitas menarik. Terdapat banyak booth yang menawarkan pengalaman gaming terbaru dan kesempatan untuk memenangkan hadiah menarik. JBL Quantum membuka booth untuk yang ingin mencoba produk JBL Quantum. Setiap pengunjung yang mengunjungi booth akan mendapatkan stempel, dan dengan mengumpulkan semua stempel, mereka berpeluang mendapatkan hadiah yang diundi setiap hari selama acara berlangsung.
All orders ship within the next 1-3 working days after payment confirmation for local (Indonesia) delivery. If you have placed the order over the weekend, the package may not ship until the following Monday of the coming week. No International Deliveries available.

You request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. If you prefer a refund or exchange, please note the following guidelines:
Refunds are only processed if the item is out of stock.
Exchanges are possible for items of equal or higher value, with the additional cost covered by the customer.
In the case of a damaged product, we will guide you to our service centre for further assistance.
To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery. The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery. It should be in its original condition, unused, with tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing the return.
For issues related to delivery errors, we will endeavour to resend the product according to the previous return record.

3. Warranty:
We offer a 1-year Limited Warranty for Manufacturer’s Defects. See details. If you believe you have received a defective product upon arrival, please contact us immediately for further instructions.
