JBL Quantum at Persija Esport Championship (Kopilivium, Tangerang)

Persija Esports Championship is one of Persija Esports' initiatives to become a platform for young Esports talents who want to realize their dreams of becoming pro-players and Esports athletes. Bandung and Jabodetabek are the locations where this event will be held. The PEC will be held in several series. Starting from qualifiers in six cities, then filtering down to the advance stage, and finally the grand finals. At the qualifying stage, the competing teams will compete for a total prize pool of Rp10,000,000. They can also win prizes at the grand finals stage with a total prize pool of Rp100,000,000. JBL Quantum is collaborating with Persija Esport Championship at Kopivilium, Tangerang on May 25-26, 2024.

Shipping and Refund

1. Shipping:

All orders ship within the next 1-3 working days after payment confirmation for local (Indonesia) delivery. If you have placed the order over the weekend, the package may not ship until the following Monday of the coming week. No International Deliveries available.

Do note that Sundays, Saturdays, and Public Holidays are non-working days.

2. Returns / Exchanges:

2.1 How do I return or exchange my order?

You request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. If you prefer a refund or exchange, please note the following guidelines:
  • Refunds are only processed if the item is out of stock.
  • Exchanges are possible for items of equal or higher value, with the additional cost covered by the customer.
  • In the case of a damaged product, we will guide you to our service centre for further assistance.
To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery. The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery. It should be in its original condition, unused, with tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing the return.
