All orders ship within the next 1-3 working days after payment confirmation for local (Indonesia) delivery. If you have placed the order over the weekend, the package may not ship until the following Monday of the coming week. No international deliveries available.

Returns / Exchanges
How do I return or exchange my order?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. If you prefer a refund or exchange, please note the following guidelines:
- Refunds are only processed if the item is out of stock.
- Exchanges are possible for items of equal or higher value, with the additional cost covered by the customer.
